What kind of drill bit do I need to drill holes in rv tongue to install sway bar platr

The Reese Friction Sway Control Kit part # 83660 uses an 11/32" drill bit for material 1/8" and over and a 9/32" drill bit for material thinner than that. This kit uses the same Self Tapping Screw for Sway Control Ball Plate part # 3403 that you had asked about.
