Does the Fulton F2 available as the single wide track without mounting hardware , I need it to be similar to # F1413040134 ? Thank you.

Check out the Fulton F2 Swing-Up Trailer Jack # F1413040134. This is an F2 jack with a single wide wheel track, except it comes with 2 U-bolts for installation that you could just discard.
