Can the weld plate be welded to an aluminum frame?

Welding steel to aluminum isn't impossible but it's pretty challenging. If you wanted to weld Fulton F2 Swing-Up Trailer Jack # F1413040134 to an aluminum trailer I would recommend checking with welders near you to find one who has the skills and equipment to do so.
