Triton boat trailers are usually equipped with a side-frame-mounted swivel jack like the 1500-lb-rated Fulton jack # FXPD15L, which is a bolt-on design with dual wheels. The highest-rated wheeled jacks of this type have a 1600-lb rating, like the Fulton F2 bolt-on swivel jack # F1413040134. All jacks of this type are shown on the linked page.
There are also jacks like # FTJ120W0301 which install using a snap ring that connects the jack to the mounting plate welded on the trailer frame. You can refer to the linked article on jacks to see all types.
I suggest using a jack rated for more weight than you will actually ask it to lift. Using an item like a jack or winch well below its rated capacity tends to mean it will have a longer working lifespan than one operated near or at its maximum.
