Will EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver Fit 2019 Ford Fusion Titanium

Question:

I already have a Thule bike rack that needs a 2 inch receiver. Every auto parts place and installer tells me that I could only use a trailer hitch with a 1 and 1/4 inch receiver. That is all they will sell and/or install. If I find someone who could install this trailer hitch, will it fit? Could you tell me why they are not selling a 2 inch receiver trailer hitch if this one will fit?
