Question:

I bought an FT-UT9 for my 2020 Dodge Ram 3500 dually long bed. Looks like it is not going to fit due to bed structure. Help! What do I do now?

I have a solution for you, but the HappiJac FT-UT9 is designed for older model Dodge and Ford trucks, so they're not the correct tie downs. Additionally, there is not a HappiJac tie down that we have available for your 2020 Ram 3500 dually long bed.

Instead, if you don't have the board or steps that go under the truck bed and a factory hitch, you'll want to use the TorkLift # TLD2140 (front) and # TLD3112 (rear). These would be the correct camper tie downs for your truck. It should also be noted that on dually applications the rear camper anchor point location may require the use of # TLA7004. In order to determine if this is the case, you'll need to measure from the front of the camper slide in point to rear anchor point; the kit is needed if that distance is less than 90 inches.
