Will this work with Furrion FR98NR? I have a 2019 Honda Pilot and can not get power to the camera. Marker lights work fine.

Yes the 7-way adapter # FR87PR that you referenced will work great with the Furrion Vision S system part # FR98NR that you mentioned as well on your 2019 Honda Pilot. The adapter will give the running light circuit the higher amperage needed for the cameras to work.
Another more permanent solution is to splice in the PWM Filter # VGR64VR behind the camera to provide a steady current for proper operation.
