do you have a cover to fit this look opening is 13 1/2 inch on outside of metal riser on roof the hinge is metal. I want a metal cover if possible . thanks

The Replacement Dome Assembly for Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent - Flat, Mill Finish Metal # BV0534-00 will work with the dimensions you gave. If you have a continuous hinge, this is my recommendation for you.
If you don't have a continuous hinge, then let me know which style you have comparing to the attached photo and we can see what options are available.
