Can 12 Inch Trailer Wheels be Changed to 15 Inch Trailer Wheels

I have a 3.5x5 trailer with 12in wheels, can I change those to 15in wheels

So long as your trailer hub is able to accept larger wheels, you have the same bolt pattern, and there will be enough clearance for a larger tire you can change from a 12 inch wheel to a 15 inch wheel like the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel # AM20422.
