You can get a Class III trailer hitch receiver for your 2020 Toyota Highlander right here, with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C99FR.
This is a Class IIII, 2" hitch that also fits the Hybrid models of '20 Highlander and will be exactly what you need to tow your boat trailer; I have added a link to a video install for you to check out as well.
To complete your towing setup with your Highlander you will need a trailer wiring harness, either the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK74FR if you have the factory tow package, or Vehicle Wiring Harness # C76CR if you do not have the tow package.
