For your bikes I recommend the Saris Freedom # SA4412B, which features adjustable clamps that will attach to the frame (even if your e-bikes have a step-thru design).
The carrier sports a 60 pound per-bike capacity and locks can be easily added with parts # SA3022 and # SA981 to help protect your investments.
