WHAT WHEELS ARE YOU MATCHING TO 16inch 14 PLY TIRES TO HANDLE THE LOAD CAPACITIES OF THE TIRE?

The 14 ply rating is a Load Range G tire. I've linked the page to the combination options we offer for the 16 inch tires you referenced.
The options that we currently have offered is the Provider ST235/85R16 Radial Tire w 16" Viking Aluminum Wheel - 8 on 6-1/2 - LR G - Black # A16RG8BMMFL rated for 4,400 lbs at 110 psi as well as speed rating or 81 mph max.
