Some mirrors say they dont fit Limited trucks. What is different ? Does the cm11300 work? It does not say not for Limited.

The CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors part # CM11300 are a confirmed fit as long as you do not have turn signal lens housings on the outside of the mirror. This does include the Limited model.
If you don't mind an opinion I really like the K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors part # KS81300 they are also a confirmed fit for your 2020 Toyota Tundra and have a snap around installation rather than the sliding in a wedge, hoping you have it lined up right and screwing in a set screw by hand. Plus no hardware to strip out or lose. They use excellent glass just like your factory mirror and have a nice storage bag that you can keep them in when not in use to prevent scratching and them getting dusty.
I am not syaing that the Cipa's don't do a great job and hold up I'm just saying I enjoy like using the K-Source more.
