How Much Space Is Required for the Timbren Trailer Suspension Enhancement System TTRA1032

Question:

I have a 7000 axel. The space between the frame and top of axel is 2and1/2”. If I raise the frame up can I use the TTRA1031

I do have an option but the Timbren Trailer Suspension Enhancement System part # TTRA1032 requires 3" between the frame and axle/leaf springs so it won't work. I can't recommend you raise the frame from the axle to use these as the preload would not be correct. Instead, the SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs part # TSS-107-40 or part # TSS-106-40 is what I recommend and you would actually lift the trailer frame from the axle to install these as they are designed to be installed with a preload.
