Question:
I had a tire blow on my RV last week and it did some damage to my waste valves. I would welcome your recommendations on the correct parts I would need to restore the damaged system. I am handy and can manage the necessary PVC connections. Just need some advice on the right parts. I have attached a couple of photos for your reference. Thank you in advance!

I appreciate the photos but I"m not quite sure what you have under there in regards to pipe diameter.
The black water tank valve will depend on if it is a hub connection, spigot connection and the diameter. For example, the Valterra Bladex Waste Valve for RV Black Water Tank - 3" Spigot to 3" Spigot # T40A fits inside a 3" diameter pipe while the Valterra Bladex Waste Valve for RV Black Water Tank - 3" Hub to 3" Hub # T40B will fit over a 3" diameter pipe.
Essentially, spigot means it will fit inside the pipe and hub means it will fit over the pipe, though you do have to know the diameter. This is because there are also 1-1/2" and 2" options as well. So once you know the diameter you should be able to find the right waste valve. I have added a link to our selection of valves for you as well.
