Question:
I need 4- 7 leaf double eye for 7k axle

We do have an option for your 7k axles, but none with 7 leafs on them. At the end of the day the most important part is the appropriate capacity and length, since the leafs can be different thicknesses and grades of steel.
With that said, if your current springs are roughly 24-7/8" long, you can use the # e64SR which are a double eyed spring with a 7000-lbs capacity. You will want to measure the current springs and make sure they're roughly the same length as these; you will want to measure these springs while they're not bearing any load and understand that worn springs will likely stretch out a bit so you don't need an exact match.
While you're at it, you're likely going to want to replace the bushing and you may require new bolts as well. For the bushings you can use the Nylon Bushing - 9/16" Inner Diameter, 11/16" Outer Diameter - 1-3/4" Long # TRBU11566 and for shackle bolts, the Shackle Bolt with Locknut for Double-Eye Springs - 3" Long
# 166081 will work well for you.
If you measure and find that you've got a different length, please let me know what you find and I can see if there is an appropriate substitute.
