Question:
I looked up your answer to a question of how to wire in a new switch for the landing gear controls but the picture does not show how to wire to the actual switch. Which wire goes to which wire plug in on the switch. Could you be lots more specific. Such as the main power wire goes to ???? And the orange wire goes to ???

The Motor and Switch Kit for Stromberg Carlson Landing Gear - 5,500 lbs # LG-217884 you asked from is pretty straight-forward with the red and black connecting to the motor and the switch # LG-145236 having an additional pink and black wire. The pink wire goes to the battery positive terminal and the black wire coming from the bottom of the switch goes to ground either on the trailer frame or to the negative battery terminal which will be connected to the trailer frame. The middle wires on the switch are the black and red wires that go to the motor where depending on which one is powered will determine the direction the motor turns so the leg will raise or lower. I've attached a diagram to assist.
As far as the color of your wires on the motor, I recommend connecting the wire directly to 12v power with the other wire on ground to determine which is used to raise and then the opposite would lower it.
