Will rain enter the trailer through this vent when it is open and the trailer is parked?

Expert Reply:
It is not likely but possible for rain to get into the vent when it is open. The outer lid overlaps the lower housing so water would have to come in sideways (if parked level) for it to get in. Also if the trailer is parked on an incline, the angle required to enter in the vent would not be as severe so you just have to plan accordingly. For installation we recommend using install kit # 344270KITW.
