For your 2017 Toyota Sienna, the best ground clearance will be the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 76112 which will give you a ground clearance of about 9-1/2 Inches.
If you need the smaller 1-1/4 inch hitch receiver, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # C12065 is your best clearance. This hitch receiver has a ground clearance of just over 9-1/4 inches to the bottom of the receiver.
