The bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2 inch is the dimensions of the mounting holes of most trailer 5 bolt lug patterns and is what the part # AM30020 that you referenced fits. If you have wheels that are held on with a 5 lug pattern there is a very strong probability you have the 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. If you are not sure you can check out the help article that I attached that shows how to determine bolt pattern.
