Can the Length of the Erickson Big Bed Load Extender Be Adjusted

Question:
Hi, can this extender be adjusted in its length distance it extends out away from tailgate? If I have a 64inch bed and it defaults at 4foot past then sheets of plywood 4x8 will land short of the crossbar.

The length of the truck bed extenders like the Erickson Big Bed Load Extender for 2" Hitches part # EM07600 are not adjustable. That said, all you would need to do is move the load away from the cab in order for it to rest on both the bed floor and crossbar. It could then be tied down to keep if from sliding back and forth inside the truck bed.
