If you are wanting to use the Weld-On Mounting Bracket and Hardware for Fulton Swing-Up Trailer Jacks with 3" x 4" Mount Item # F500277 on your trailer you will need:
Fulton F2 Swing-Up, Wide-Track Trailer Jack, 8" Single Wheel Sidewind, Weld-On - 1,600 lbs Item # F1413050334
OR
Fulton F2 Swing-Up Trailer Jack, Dual 7" Wheels, Sidewind, Weld-On - 1,600 lbs Item # F1413060334
Both are great options for your trailer, but my pick of the two would be the "Dual 7" Wheel" Swing up trailer jack. I would choose that jack because it is going to have twice the surface area. With the dual wheels it will be easier to move it around softer surfaces. The more surface area the better in my opinion, but both will have the same features.
I have included videos to help you decide.
