We have all the parts required for you to flat tow your 2020 Honda Fit, and I'll make a list like you were wanting to make it easy to order. What you need are the following:
- Base Plate Kit: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521571-5
- Tow Bar: Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar with LED Lights # RM-676
- Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
- Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass # RM76511 and # RM76512
- Supplemental Braking System: Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700
- Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400
The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates are great because they have removable tabs which means your Fit is going to keep a clean look when you aren't flat towing. The Nighthawk tow bar is a great option because it has long arms which make it easier to maneuver when towing, along with integrated safety cables so you won't have to purchase them separately, saving you an additional expense.
The Flexo-Coil wiring kit is designed to prevent any type of electrical feedback to keep your Fit's electrical system safe, and the InvisiBrake is strongly recommended because they are one-time installs which will never require any type of removal or reactivation, and give you braking proportional to that of your motorhome. This results in much smoother braking than most systems which send out a pre-set amount of braking power and thus are more rigid.
You may also need a high-low adapter such as # RM-070 in order to keep your tow bar level, and I've added a link to a help article which shows you how to determine if you need an adapter, as well as a link to our selection of adapters. Additionally, I have added links to instruction manuals, video reviews and installations for you to take a look at.
