I appreciate Kyle‘s return answer is there anything a little less expensive that will fit my truck? I don’t like the bolt together one . thank you for your help

There are heavy-duty Class V trailer hitch receivers that fit your 2004 GMC Sierra 2500 LD, though the hitch you mentioned is only a fit for the 2500HD model. You need to have the standard factory bumper on your truck, and if you do, then there are two Class V hitches that fit:

There are more budget-friendly options for a trailer hitch for your 2004 GMC Sierra 2500 LD with the standard bumper, with the trade-off being they are lower capacity. I'm not quite sure what you were referring to by "bolt together" hitches, however, but these will all fit your truck.
