The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit part # K2R35S is the best all stainless steel disc brake kit we offer; the rotors, calipers, and mounting brackets are all made of stainless steel. In order to use this kit you'll also need a set of idler hubs, the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly part # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K but you won't be able to get these in stainless steel.
For brake lines, the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit part # 18TA-BLKIT have the rubber lines you want. Then for the brake actuator, the HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes part # HBA16 is our best option.
