Hi David!
The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 10" Rotor - 5 on 4-1/2 - Stainless Steel - 3,500 lbs # K2R35S is designed to slip onto an idler hub that should already have lug nuts, so they are not included. If you need new lug nuts, they will need to be purchased separately. I have a couple options for that listed below:
CE Smith Trailer Wheel Lug Nut - Zinc-Plated Steel - 1/2" - Qty 1 # CE11051
DeeMaxx XL Trailer Wheel Lug Nut - Stainless Steel - 1/2" - Qty 1 # DE46NR
Since you are looking at the stainless Kodiak kit, I assume this is going to be going into the water. I would stick with either zinc coated or stainless steel lug nuts. They will stand up better to that environment than chrome plated options.
Speaking of which, what are you going to be install this on?
