I have a 2018 jayco jayfeather 19xud. I would like to add a receiver to put a cart and carry my generator and a cooler on the back. What one do you recommend?

From what I can tell of the photos I saw it looks like your 2018 Jayco Jay Feather has a square tube bumper. If it does, and that bumper is a 4" square bumper the correct trailer hitch receiver is the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # E-100.
Otherwise, if your Jayco has a box frame, C-channel frame, or I-beam frame that measures between 22" and 72" you would need a frame-mounted hitch, the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # 13703.
With these you could then use a carrier like the Cargo Carrier # C18152 and you can mount it to the hitch with Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # e98880.
