I need a better wiring diagram then the one that came with fan, it makes no sense and has no examples

The wiring diagram for the 12 volt Lasalle Bristol RV Fan # 344410TSDC36BNOKCY that you mentioned is a bit confusing but if you check out the picture I attached and follow the written instructions on where each wire goes that should be much more helpful and self explanatory.
