To wire a 4 speed fan like the East Seventeen 12V RV Ceiling Fan # 344410TSDC36BNOKCY, you'll start by connecting the fan supply wire (black wire) and the light blue wire to household supply.

Next, connect the white neutral wire to the white neutral household wire.

Finally, connect the green ground wire to the household ground wire.

Attached is an instruction sheet on how to wire the East Seventeen 12V RV Ceiling Fan # 344410TSDC36BNOKCY.

I am also having a wiring conundrum with the same model fan. I am replacing am older fan that is a 4 wire system with no discernable ground wire nor was the fan installed into a conventional box. The model fan I am replacing is a NDC1242W. I don't recall the brand off hand. The wires on the old motor and wall switch are labeled as follows: Yellow wire=F/R Orange wiree=PWN Red wire= + (positive) Black = - (Negative) Any ideas on which of these wires would be the appropriate to connect the yellow/green wire to on my new E17 fan motor? Again same E17 model as you referenced earlier. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

@Jeremy So I did some research and the red and black seem to be easy, but the F/R (fire retardant) and PWM (pulse with modulation) is where I'm hung up at. I really can't say where those connections should be made, so I'd honestly recommend reaching out to LaSalle Bristol and see if they've heard of this before.
