This is not really the recommended setup, but you could use a 110v fan like the 42" Hugger Style RV Ceiling Fan # 277-000086 in your 12v DC setup if you have a power inverter on your 5th wheel that supplies both 110v and 12vDC power throughout the trailer- However, this would require some re-wiring of your trailer's electrical system. To do this you would need to re-wire the existing system from the 12vDC power it is currently drawing from to your inverter so that it could draw from the 110v power source.
At the end of the day, this is a huge undertaking, and it's assuming that you're already running a power inverter on your 5th wheel. If you don't want to undertake something like this, or don't have an inverter, you'll need to replace your existing 12vDC fan with one like the East Seventeen Hugger Ceiling Fan # 344410TSDC42BNBK which is wired for 12vDC power.
