Question:
We are wondering if we could use this on the back of our minivan, while pulling our popup camper? Also, would we need an extra bar to add onto our kidsfoot and womens bike? Thank you so much.

Generally speaking, using a trunk mount bike rack is not a good idea while towing as it could then create turning clearance issues. There is the option of using hitch adapters and tongue mounted bike racks but these sort of things can get messy and it's hard to offer a definitive solution.
I recommend installing a hitch on the back of the trailer, the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13703. Then, you can use a hitch mounted bike rack rated for use on trailers, the Swagman Original Bike Rack part # S64152-2. The Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar part # 64005 would be needed for each alternative frame bike.
