The Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack Platform Style for 1-1/4" and 2" Trailer Hitches # S64650 has a wheel hoop that is 10-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge. If you measure from the hitch pin hole of the receiver then you will be able to determine the clearance between the bumper and the wheel hoop.
