Everything you need comes in one box—two WingBar Edge crossbars and four Edge Raised Rail feet. The system installs directly to the raised rails on your roof for a custom fit that’s solid once tightened down. I agree with you that the rack should include the keys however Thule only offers the one lock system separately as part # TH450400 for a 4 pack. They do it this way so that if you have other Thule accessories like a Thule kayak or bike carrier then you can have the option of ordering enough keys to swap them all out to key them the same. For example you can also buy a six part part # TH450600 or an eight pack like part # TH450800.
