I've got just what you're looking for with the Mounting Bracket for 7 way Connectors # 18138 which comes with all of the screws and nuts needed to mount this bracket to your etrailer # e98850 on your 2010 Toyota Tacoma SR5.
If you're looking for an option that doesn't require drilling, the Curt No-Drill Bracket for 6-Way or 7-Way Round Trailer Connector Mounting Bracket - Long # C57202 is a great choice, and will also fit on the etrailer hitch.
