I have a bandw turnover ball hitch in a 2018 ram drw 3500ho, getting a 2020 f350 srw . Can I reuse the hitch with different mounts?

You could reuse your hitch head with the B and W Companion Base for Ford rail kits part # BWRVB3300. Another solution would be to replace the entire hitch with part number # BWRVK3300 so that you could sell your old hitch as a complete assembly.
