Question:

Will this part except 10 gauge wire? I am trying to set up a trolling motor connection on my kayak. I really only need 2 wire connection. I will splice in at motor and run wire to battery box with connector installed in battery box. If you have any better suggestions for me, I am open to them. Thank you!

For your trolling motor and battery, the RoadMaster 6-Wire Connectors - Trailer and Vehicle Ends # RM-910030-6 isn't the best option. Instead I recommend using the Dutton-Lainson Electrical Quick Connect for TW4000 Electric Winches # DL24086 and the # 10-2-1 wire sold by the foot. The Ring Terminal - 12-10 Gauge Wire - 3/8" Ring ID # DW05705-1 are great for the battery end. Putting the connections in the battery box is wise and will help.
