is the dimensions 12-1/4 inch or 12 inch all k23-532-00 should be 12 inch not 12-1/4 inch just making sure its not a typo on your site

I checked the sizes for you, and both of these electric brakes are in fact 12" diameter x 3-3/8" wide:
- Left Hand Side: Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # K23-532-00
- Right Hand Side: Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # K23-533-00
They also come in a set, the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit # K23-532-533-00
These are a only a fit for the 4-bolt mounting flange on 8,000 lb AL-KO / Hayes axles.
