Yes, The Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12 inch - Left Hand and Right Hand - 8K # K23-532-533-00 will work with your Hayes 8k 4 bolt axle.
When it comes to getting the correct hub and drums you will have to first find out what your Inner and Outer Bearing numbers are on your current hub. The bearings should have an etched or stamped number on it. If you can not find the stamp you can measure the inner diameter of the bearings using The Digital Caliper # PTW80157. When you find the correct measurements or find the bearing numbers you have reach back out to me and I will be able to find you the correct parts needed.
The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 8,000-pound Axles # 8-285-9UC3 has an Inner Bearing # 25580 (1.75 inch inner diameter) and an Outer Bearing # 02475 (1.25 inch inner diameter), and has a bolt pattern of 8 on 6-1/2 inches.
