Yes, the Thule Hull-A-Port Aero Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs # TH849000 is compatible with the Thule Xsporter Pro Adjustable Height Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH500XT-XK4. This kayak carrier mounts inside the T-Slot channels on top of the crossbars.
The XSporter Pro # TH500XT-XK4 that you referenced is for a 2016-2020 Toyota Tacoma with the Deck Rail System.
