We do have a number of options for trailer tail lights that are 4 inches in diameter, although the standard for these lights is a 3-wire system: ground, turn signal, and tail light. Your lights may have grounded through the mounting hardware, but these lights will use a wire for that. The options I recommend are LED because they are going to last much, much longer and have a lesser power draw than incandescent lights
- Peterson LumenX LED Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Tail, Turn # M824R-7 with 3-Wire Pigtail # 431-491
- ONE LED Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Tail, Turn # STL003RFLB with 3-Wire Pigtail # A45PB
- LED Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Turn, Tail # STL413RFHXB
The first two options, the Peterson and ONE LED, are recessed mount and use a flange with the pigtail, while the last option, the LED Trailer Light, is a surface mount light and it has wires already connected on the back. I have added links to video reviews of each of these parts for you to check out as well.
