Question:
I have a 1000/10000 Equalizer hitch and am considering the 1200/12000 Equalizer. Can I just get new 1200 spring bars and use old set up. If not can I use any of the old set up? Thank you

The spring bars aren't interchangeable on the higher-rated Equal-i-zer WD systems, but you'll still be able to use components from your existing setup when making this upgrade. To increase your system to the 1,200/12,000 pound capacity, you will just need the 1,200 pound Spring Bars # EQ90-01-1299 and a new WD head, part # EQ90-02-1200.
The remaining hardware from your current system (L-brackets on the frame, adjustable shank, etc) can all still be used.
