The Lippert 122460 you referenced is a standard 10 x 2-1/4 inch brake hub for a 3500 axle. It has a 5 lug on 4-1/2 inc bolt circle and is compatible with a L44649 outer and L68149 inner wheel bearing and a 1.719 ID grease seal. We offer compatible hubs as part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K.
We don't offer Lippert brake assemblies, but the etrailer brand brake assemblies you'd looked at, part # AKEBRK-35 include the left and right brake assemblies that would definitely be compatible with your existing brake drums, but I'd recommend going with self adjusting brake assemblies like part # AKEBRK-35-SA. You'd need to manually adjust them, or make a series of stops in a parking lot to get them to initially auto adjust, but after that they'd adjust themselves. Dexter also offers a compatible set, part # 23-468-469 which would also be compatible with your Lippert brake drums. Quality wise, I'd say the Dexter brand is a higher quality product, more on par with your existing Lippert Brake Assemblies.
