Yes, ST175/80-D13 trailer tires can be replaced with ST175/80-R13. For this, I recommend the Provider ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire part # TTWTRTM1758013C which is an excellent option with automotive-grade tread for the best longevity and performance.
Please note, the two above tires are the exact same size with the only difference is that one (D) has a bias ply and the other (R) has a radial ply which will run cooler on the highway therefore last longer.
