Fender Replacement for Trailer that Has 12 inch Wheels and 8 inches from Edge of Tire to Frame

i have a 12 inch tire that i am looking for fenders on a boat trail, . from the trailer frame to the outside of sidewall is 8 inches. the lenght is 22 inches. should the lip be pass than the sidewall of the tire?

For what you listed the best fender solution is the part # CE17720 as it measures 22-1/2 inches long and is 7 inches wide. Since the sidewall of the tire is tapered from the top of the tread this would match the width needs you mentioned as well.
