Question:
What size ratcheting wrench do I need for this installation? Can I do it w/o a ratchet wrench? I do not own one.

Because the bolt holding the factory bump stop and the bolt provide with the new Timbren # TFRTT1504E Aeon spring is countersunk, you will indeed need a 13mm ratchet with a 6 or so inch extension to remove the existing bump stop and install the new Timbren spring. It couldn't be done with a standard wrench.
I've linked to an insallation video that would walk you through the whole process.
