The Trailer Coupler 2" Ball 3" Channel Tongue part # DL13897 can be welded-on as opposed to bolted-on as it is designed but keep in mind it has a zinc coating which can be very dangerous to weld because of the toxic fumes that are created in doing so. Therefore, so long as you have proper ventilation there won't be any issues. If you don't want to mess with the zinc finish then we do have the Demco Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler part # DM12563 which is designed to be welded on and doesn't have a zinc finish.
