However, the amount of clearance you'll have closest to the vehicle depends on how tall your vehicle is where this awning is mounted. This will work on crossover wagon style vehicles like a Subaru Outback but you're going to the most clearance when it's mounted on a truck or large SUV like a GMC Yukon or Jeep Wrangler with a lift kit installed.
