Dimensions Of UWS ToolBox With Lid Open

Question:

Hi , I have a custom rack on my truck and I’ll need to know the overall height of the UWS01032 box with the lid open to make sure there is enough clearance with the lid fully open. I am looking at UWS01047 too Pictures do not show wedged sides but description says it’s wedged... is that referring to the front side wedge or the sides of the box? Also what is th rover all height of this box with the lid open?

Both the UWS Truck Bed Chest - Wedge Series part # UWS01047 and # UWS01032 are considered wedge designs because they are both shaped to maintain capacity and avoid the wheel wells of the truck. The wedge is referring to the wedged sides of the box and the notch is referring to the back of the toolbox. I believe the photos of UWS01047 are more of a stock photo but both boxes are a wedge where the sides are tapered in. I have confirmed this with UWS. If you let me know your year make and model I can confirm if these are a fit.

The UWS Truck Bed Chest - Wedge Series - Offset Lid - 11.8 cu ft - Gloss Black part # UWS01047 is 34-11/16" tall with the lid open. The tool box part # UWS01032 is a little over 38" tall with the lid open.
