I can tell you how you can measure this, but unfortunately we don't have a database with that type of information on each specific trailer. Because of the varying weights on different trailers you can get different measurements between the axles and they won't always be 33" or even 35"; I've seen some that are different depending on the size of the trailer.
To find the axle spacing on your 2003 Forest River Cedar Creek, all you really need to do is measure the distance between the two axles, center on center. This will provide you with the measurement you're looking for and allow you to find which components you would need for certain suspension upgrades. You also may be able to reach out to Forest River and provide you with the VIN on your trailer to obtain this information.
