Does the Curt Hitch Part # C11020 Work on a 2015 Smart Fortwo Electric Drive?

Question:
Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4 I know it supports any non-electric model of 2014 smart fortwo. Does it support electric drive? The car chassis looks the same. Thanks!

Yes the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11020 does work on all models of the 2015 Smart Fourtwo with the exception of the BRABUS edition.
